Amazingly delicious, doughy, chocolate chip cookies that turns out perfectly every single time!
This is my love letter to all the cookie lovers of the world!
Ingredients
1 egg
150g all purpose flour
120g softened butter
80g light brown sugar
30g cornstarch
1/4 tbs vanilla extract
1 tbs baking powder
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of cinnamon
130g dark chocolate
Directions
Mix butter and sugar in a bowl until you get a creamy consistency.
Add egg and vanilla extract.
Fold in flour, cornstarch, cinnamon, salt and baking powder.
Chop up the chocolate and stir in the dough.
Let the dough rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 180 Celsius degrees.
Arrange the cookies on baking tray by leaving enough space between them.
Bake for 13-15 minutes.
Leave to cool on the tray for 10 minutes.
